Shipment                      : Within 15-20  Days After Receiving of working LC In our Bank for the first Shipment and 15 days for subsequent shipments.

Inspection                     : By SGS or by any other independent Inspection Agency mutually agreed by Buyer & Seller.

Other Terms                 : All Charges, Duties ,Govt Taxes, Etc. In The Country Of Import Shall Be Borne By Buyer And All Such Charges In The Country Of Export Shall Be Born By The Seller.

Insurance                      : Marine Insurance To Be Arranged By The Seller.

Arbitration & Governing Law : As Per Delhi( India) Jurisdiction Of Law

Force Majeure             : Standard Force Majeure Term Will Apply.
